CHANGE conducted an air model dispersion analysis at the Knolls Power Atomic Laboratory (KAPL). CHANGE provided personnel and resources to develop and provide an Air Dispersion Modeling Analysis that bounded conditions for the Kesselring Site (KS) boiler operations. The KS plans included the operation of the new boiler 4 replacement (350 HP) during the site shoulder heating season and one existing boiler (500 HP) and the 350 HP boiler and 50% load during the winter season. The air dispersion modeling provided scenarios, including boundary condition criteria, need to be generated and evaluated to confirm it is acceptable, allowing for the planned boiler stack ran cap modifications.
