CHANGE provided professional technical support to Partner Engineering and Science providing an expert review of the information pertaining to concerns of exposures to hexavalent chromium (Cr6). The facility claiming that their operations are exposing people to elevated levels of Hexavalent Chromium from their fully permitted Title V facility in CA. CHANGE rerun of AERMOD dispersion models with new emission factors for Cr6 to ensure a fully executed assessment was provided and to cross compare the results found previously and to provide additional clarity in the interpretation of the results. The rerun of AERMOD dispersion models generated emission factors for Cr6. Results provided maps and actual plume dispersion, also isolated results for looking at concentrations directly at various points of businesses and residence at those location, not isopleths that only provide a general assessment of overall locations.
