CHANGE Environmental, was retained to provide an expert review of air quality and emissions produced from Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC) at their Florida site.
CHANGE reviewed the emissions estimates and other operational records provided in support of the plaintiff to determine concentrations air pollutants related to remedial activities and air stripper tower operations at the LMC site across the street of the plaintiff. Analysis also included completing a detailed refined air dispersion model.
Our analysis demonstrated concerns that the air stripper and GAC system operating unchecked may have posed a significant health risk from contributions of dangerous and toxic air emissions over several years at the plaintiff address in proximity that resulted in posed health effects to the plaintiff.
